Batalle Hams — The ultimate ham, born of time and tradition

In the sun-drenched hills of Spain, Batalle Ham continues the tradition of prosciutto and charcuterie that goes back generations. Their philosophy is very clear:
"Respect the materials and respect the process." Nothing more, nothing less.

We use carefully selected Iberian pork and leave all the processes of salting, aging and drying to the natural environment, taking our time to complete the process. There are no artificial shortcuts. Wind, humidity, temperature - all these are factors that help develop the flavor.

The finished ham is not simply a "salty preserved food." It has a deep flavor due to aging, a delicate sweetness of fat, and a deep, rich taste that lingers. The moment you put it in your mouth, it reveals a rich flavor, as if the aroma of the wooden barrel and the Mediterranean air overlap.

Batare rejects mass production and continues to focus on small batches prepared by artisans. Here, the most important factor is not "speed" but "time."
For Batale Ham, ageing is not just a manufacturing process, but a dialogue with time .

Philosophy

Batalle Ham sees the aging process as a ritual.
Salt, air, time, and the natural environment all quietly interact to create a unique flavor.
Uncompromising tradition, a restless attitude and pure craftsmanship.
Each piece is imprinted with the culture and history of Spain.
