Made with 100% Duroc pork . Duroc pork is known for its red coat and large size. Made with 100% Black-bred pork, it is characterized by its rich meat quality and flavorful natural fat.

 

The aging process takes place in the small town of Ogíjares, in the province of Granada, Spain, where the wine is aged for a minimum of 10 months in a natural environment. The mountain climate contributes to the development of a rich, lingering flavour.
