Champagne Jean-Philippe Trousset

Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France
Founded in 1958, this family-owned Champagne house owns 7.6 hectares of vineyards in three Premier Cru-classified villages in the Montagne de Reims: Les Menoux, Sacy, and Ville-demanges. Practicing environmentally sustainable farming practices, the house produces approximately 72,000 bottles of hand-harvested grapes annually. As an independent vigneron, the house continues to produce high-quality Champagne using traditional winemaking methods that respect the terroir. Notably, Torset ages some of the same barrels as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, and sells grapes from Sacy to renowned viticulturist Jérôme Prévost and grapes from Les Menoux to Frédéric Savard.
