Benjamin Laroche comes from a family that has been involved in winegrowing in Chablis since 1663. For the past 15 years, he has traveled throughout France and the world, working in vineyards and running wineries. He is passionate about discovering and selecting outstanding winemakers who are yet to be discovered, and offering their wines under the quality seal of "La Manufacture".

Côtes de Lechet is one of Chablis' finest Premier Crus, located just across the slopes from the Grand Crus. Typically sharp and slender, this wine is no exception. Aromas of lime and grapefruit peel tickle the nose, with a subtle hint of saltiness. Over time in the glass, nuances of almond and vanilla emerge. The palate is rich, layered, and complex, demonstrating why Chablis is considered one of the world's finest expressions of Chardonnay.
