Tenuta alla Moria, named after the purple mulberry tree, is located in Colli Aretini, Tuscany, and has 11 hectares of vineyards that were completely replanted in 2002. Certified organic in 2009, the winery has furthered its commitment to winemaking in harmony with nature, and now also incorporates biodynamic farming methods. The winery avoids mechanization as much as possible in its production process, instead relying on traditional methods such as horse plowing and geese cleaning the fields.

The hand-picked and sorted grapes are typically destemmed and crushed before being slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in tonneaux barrels for up to three years.

Canto alla Moria's flagship wine . A Super Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. It boasts a rich and complex flavor, opening with fruity notes of cherry and blackberry before developing into mature aromas of black tea, tar, and leather. Oak-derived aromas such as vanilla and sweet spices are well-balanced, providing a well-balanced overall finish. The finish is long and lingering, with a rounded, high-quality finish.
