This wine has a clear, sparkling finish and a vibrant garnet red color. The aroma is expansive, ethereal and aromatic, with excellent persistence. Its rich aromas include hints of small fruit, complex jam, and even hints of forest undergrowth.

Yield: 40 hl/ha (3,600 bottles per hectare)

Soil and climate conditions

Soil: Mix of stony soil with clay and sand
Climate: Temperate Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot, dry summers, with moderate rainfall in spring and autumn.

Vintage Notes (Year Characteristics)

Climate conditions:
A warm year with a heatwave in August, the wines are fruit-forward and opulent, with excellent cuvées showcasing a balanced blend of lively acidity and the richness of ripe fruit.

Harvesting, brewing and aging

Harvest: Hand-picked in the second week of October
brewing:
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a maceration period of 21-25 days. Remontage and délestage are applied appropriately to ensure robust extraction.
Aging:
It is aged for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by six months in the bottle before being released.
