This wine is made from 100% Raboso grapes grown in Treviso, Veneto. No synthetic chemicals, herbicides, fertilizers or pesticides are used in the cultivation, and sustainable farming methods are practiced in harmony with nature.

This sparkling rosé can be enjoyed all year round, and is not only an aperitif, but also pairs perfectly with fresh cheeses, charcuterie, and fish dishes.

Its vibrant pink color is a fruity and elegant aroma, and its fresh and pleasant taste leaves a lasting impression with a hint of strawberry.

Enriching your wine experience

01

Serve at the right temperature

Light-bodied red wines 12-16°C – fresh and fruit-enhancing

Full-bodied red wines: 16-18°C – to balance the tannins and aromas

Light and clean white wines 8-12°C – to maintain refreshing acidity

Full-bodied white wines: 10-14°C – to bring out their flavor and complexity.

Sparkling wine: 6-10°C – to maintain its effervescence and freshness

02

Choosing the right glass

Red wine: Place in a large bowl to allow the wine to aerate and develop its aromas.

White wine: A narrow bowl concentrates the delicate aromas

Sparkling: Flute or tulip shape preserves bubbles and aroma

03

Food pairing

Red wine: perfect with roasted meats, rich sauces and mature cheeses

White wine: Great with seafood, poultry, and lightly seasoned dishes

Sparkling: Perfect for appetizers, fried foods, and special occasions

04

Savor the taste

Observe color and transparency

Swirl the wine to bring out the aromas

Take a small amount in your mouth, taste it with your whole tongue, and check the aftertaste.

Experience the stories of the producers and regions that are contained in the bottles.
