This flagship wine from Tenuta Canto alla Moray embodies the winery's commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. This red blend is crafted from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes, all organically grown. The vineyards are meticulously managed and planted at a high density of 6,400 vines per hectare, ensuring high-quality fruit despite low yields.

Grape varieties: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot

Alcohol content: 13%

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and soft-pressed with minimal sulfites before fermentation, with daily pumping overs for optimal extraction. After fermentation, the wine is decanted at low temperature.

Aging: Aged for 12 months in oak tonneaux barrels.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red in color. Aromas of violets and ripe red fruits emerge, and the mouthfeel is soft, with flavors of plum and cherry. Nuances of spice and vanilla from aging bring the whole together elegantly.

Food Pairing: Perfect with traditional Tuscan dishes such as grilled meats and roasts.
